As part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing service improvements that enhance participant and stakeholder experiences.If you have a background in service design, strategy, and planning, along with a passion for improving user experiences, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Research and analyse insights to improve service understandingCo-create and document current service states, identifying participant and staff experiencesFacilitate process design improvements in collaboration with stakeholdersAdvocate for the voices of participants, staff, and stakeholders throughout the design processLead and co-facilitate design-thinking sessions with service usersDevelop user journey maps, blueprints, and service artifacts across different phasesEnsure service designs align with Digital Service Standards and business objectivesEngage with internal teams, health professionals, carers, and participant groups to enhance servicesAssist with system tools, service improvements, and other strategic initiativesAbout You? APS6 Role:Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to collaborate across complex environmentsExperience in system thinking and working with operational teamsFundamental knowledge of service design principles and methodologies?
