About the Role
Fliteboard’s high standard of design and attention to detail has earned international recognition, including Good Design Awards, Red Dot Awards, and Robb Report Best of the Best awards. As a high-end luxury brand, maintaining a premium visual presence is essential.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional on-brand visual material that reflects our vision, purpose, values, and strategy. Working directly with the Creative and Marketing teams, you will produce a diverse range of marketing materials, internal graphics, templates, and brand assets for our website, social channels, external partners, and offices in Byron Bay, San Francisco, Miami and Amsterdam .
This role will see you working across multiple disciplines—including digital, print, social media, marketing materials, packaging, and trade shows—bringing creative concepts to life while maintaining Fliteboard’s premium design aesthetic.

What You’ll Do:
Brand & Visual Identity
* Implement and refine Fliteboard’s brand identity across all visual materials.
* Create templates, presentations, and assets for Fliteboard’s global network of partners, schools, and resellers .
* Ensure all creative assets align with Fliteboard’s high-end, luxury positioning.
Print Design
* Maintain and develop all brand collateral, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and exceptional execution.
* Design and produce advertisements, banners, brochures, posters, trade show graphics, and marketing materials from concept to final artwork for print production.
* Review and refine packaging designs, ensuring consistency and quality across global markets.
Digital & Social Media
* Create digital assets for website, EDMs, and social media platforms .
* Develop social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
* Edit and format short videos for social and digital channels (experience in Premiere Pro & After Effects a bonus).
Marketing & Events
* Translate marketing strategies into compelling design briefs and creative executions.
* Design trade show materials, booth layouts, and event branding.
* Assist with photoshoots, content creation, and product development .
* Contribute to brainstorming workshops and creative planning sessions.
What You’ll Bring:
* Portfolio Requirement: To be considered, you must submit a creative design portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, process, and execution.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
* Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.
* Technical Expertise:
* Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop – Advanced level
* Competency in 3D design tools – a bonus
* Typography & Layout: A deep understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and design principles .
* Visual & Verbal Communication: Strong ability to articulate design intent to internal and external audiences.
* Print & Digital Acumen: Expertise in graphic applications, print processes, and tools .
* Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity .
* Time Management & Organization: Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards under pressure.
