About You: As a proven and passionate business development sales representative, you will possess a commercial aptitude and adaptability to build strong relationships with customers and various stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively and across various levels, both internally and externally, will ensure success and support the continued growth of the brands.You possess a strong understanding of the principles of marketing, sales, and business processes, supported by an awareness of the contribution that technology can make to business. Main Responsibilities: • Business Development in the Brisbane, QLD region• Expand product range into each Customer• Key Account management of existing customer base• Ensure regular support and complete product training is delivered• Impact marketing initiatives and strategy• Influence new product introductions• Some regional travel will be required Skills and Experience: • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or similar• Trade Qualification in Automotive Spray Painting / Refinish, plus a minimum of 2 years spray painting experience - preferred not essential• Business Development and Account Management experience• Exceptional communication• Adaptable and flexible nature• Hands on collaborative style• 2+ years in team leadership• Organised and pragmatic• Self starter, with ability to work autonomously within a region• Take pride in your appearance• Current Driver's Licence with an excellent clear record
