The Role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, with a dotted line to the COO, this role will involve translating complex data into actionable recommendations, supporting the company's growth initiatives and optimising its commercial strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced and evolving industry, with duties including but not limited to:
Provide commercial reporting, analytics, insights and support to inform commercial business decisions. Understand business requirements and develop accurate, engaging, and focused reports and dashboards. Continuously drive improvements in reporting and analytics. Understand, validate, and challenge (when required) financial reporting to ensure accuracy. Partner with and influence stakeholders on commercial decision making and develop initiatives to improve visibility and accountability of commercial outcomes. Support investment activity and perform financial modelling as required, provide financial due diligence and post-investment monitoring and tracking Cash Flow monitoring and detailed analysis of capital allocation. Undertake 3 way forecast cash flow modelling including ownership and review of the respective inputs. Help shape and coach the broader business with commercial capabilities and thinking. About You
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and embrace a collaborative management approach, fostering effective teamwork. Additionally, showing the capacity to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and perform under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail.
Skills & Experience A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area. CPA or CA qual/part qual is desirable. History of achieving results, balancing task prioritisation with adherence to reporting standards. Strong communication skills with non-finance members of staff. Experience with financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting. Firm grasp of accounting principles and methodologies. Strong MS Office skills, with intermediate/advanced MS Excel. Systems abilities and a high level of computer literacy including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills. On Offer Career development opportunities, through training and support programs.
