In this role, you'll:Be part of one of Adelaide's largest water-sector consulting teams, contributing to groundbreaking projects with nationwide impact.Collaborate with industry-leading clients, including SA Water, Logan City Council, Sydney Water, Urban Utilities, and more.Oversee design projects, ensuring top-tier quality, timely delivery, and outstanding results.Prepare design fee estimates, steer engineering governance, and ensure projects meet legal, quality, and client standards.Drive future-ready strategies that address regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability.Partner with design organisations in Alliance or Joint Venture settings to tackle complex challenges.Embed risk management principles into project systems and methodologies.Manage design teams and collaborate with contractor workforces.Advance your skills and enhance your professional reputation within the trusted WSP brand.About You:You're more than a technical expert-you're a problem solver, leader, and collaborator.
