Ensure that the team’s work aligns with overall project objectives and timelines. Develop detailed cost plans and budgets at all stages of the project, from initial feasibility through to completion. Implement effective cost control measures to track actual expenditures against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Identify and assess cost risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Regularly review and update risk registers and ensure that appropriate contingencies are in place.
