This position plays a key role supporting our people leaders by providing advice, strategies and support for areas implementing learning and development initiatives. The role sits in the People and Culture Branch, and is part of the Organisational Development Equity and Inclusion team.You will be a key driver of mentoring programs and leadership development activities across a diverse workforce to uplift and extend capability.To be considered, applicants must demonstrate experience in the following areas:Creation and application of leadership development programs.Facilitation of capability development activities.Relationship and change management influencing skills with key internal stakeholders.The P&C team is supportive, results orientated, and people focused.
