DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the downhole technologies sector.Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address customer challenges and requirements.Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the region.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to both technical and executive stakeholders.Market Intelligence & Strategy:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Represent NOV at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product management, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices.Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align local market strategies with corporate objectives.Reporting & Administration:Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Other work duties as requested by direct manager.
