Your New Role Looks Like This This role supports Australian Unity’s Brand & Content and Platform Marketing teams to deliver efficient and effective services to support the business, driving consistent processes and procedures, management and optimisation of key vendors and supplier panels; and reporting that drives better ROI, effectiveness and decision making. It will also oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the in-house creative services studio. Key Responsibilities Include: Key internal account manager for agency/vendor relationships including print, media, creative and design and content, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure Australian Unity maximises the value of all vendor relationships through close management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Develop and manage an efficient and effective operational model for the management and prioritisation of briefs into and out of the Brand, Content and Creative teams, including agency partners. Take a lead role in the management and coordination of the annual budgeting cycle and ongoing budget management and tracking. Manage the strategic planning cycle for Brand, Content and Creative and identify integration with platform marketing teams Establish reporting dashboards on progress and results of Masterbrand investment and marketing activation campaigns, to ensure Australian Unity is driving maximum ROI and effectiveness of marketing activity. Team management of Brand, Content and Creative teams, role modelling the aspired leadership behaviors to source, lead, develop and retain high quality team members Create, analyse, standardise and optimise Brand & Content and Marketing processes, ensuring documentation is in place where appropriate. Collate feedback from Brand & Content and Marketing teams and other stakeholders to improve workflows, determine demand planning, remove roadblocks, and promote efficiencies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure insights are communicated across teams Support and encourage a “culture of excellence” by continually refreshing knowledge in areas of expertise With support from Procurement, drive monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews and agency performance. Support Group Procurement with market reviews (RFPs) and pitch processes and work with Group Legal on vendor contractual agreements. About You Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Business or related field with mid-level leadership experience Demonstrated experience driving reporting and process development Driven by a customer focus with a can-do attitude Experience with analytics or marketing measurement tools Strong vendor partnership and management skills with the ability to work with external partners/agencies to deliver high quality outcomes Strong understanding of risk, legal and compliance requirements Track record of problem solving and exploring and implementing new ways of doing things Experience working with and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
