As a result of an new brand acquisition, a rare opportunity has opened for a superstar to join our amazing Australian team Objectives of the Position Working with the team doing whatever it takes to grow the business and achieve key unit goals. Responsibilities Sales Assist in preparing and executing sales submissions Managing retailer and internal master product data to ensure accurate reporting Product Sample and spare part management Preparation and maintenance of all documentation including product manuals, rating labels, QC specs, packaging artworks etc Product performance testing, certification and monitoring Consumer technical support (with CSR’s) Marketing Working with external marketing agencies to ensure delivery of key business objectives Coordinate all marketing material Coordinate website collateral and maintenance of websites Coordinate all social media posts and moderation of all posts/comments Managing the delivery of trade marketing assets including Point of Sales material etc General Support of field sales and merchandising team Key customer data management Setup of in-store merchandising, demonstrations and training of Field Sales Representatives All other activities as requested to deliver business unit objectives About you You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Product Marketing / Sales, or you’re a graduate. You will have technical aptitude and have a good understanding of the Office 365 suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, as well as external platforms such as Shopify, Meta Suite, Google Analytics, PMAX and Canva (or equivalent solutions). One of your greatest strengths will be your eye for detail and ability to work with both speed and accuracy. You will be an excellent communicator and can relate well to all people and cultures. Your ability to ‘make it happen’ will be key to your success in a fluid environment with constantly shifting priorities.
