Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Australian market to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Provide targeted market analysis and recommendations based on market trends and competitive intelligence. Develop and maintain positive relationships with major clients in the Australian market to ensure smooth business collaboration. Apply entrepreneurial thinking to oversee overall business expansion and operational management of business in Australia. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives. In charge of Australian sales team set-up and business development. Support the general manager of Australia, to set-up and execute the sales strategy, communication & negotiation with the Australian government. Handle other Australian business-related matters. Qualifications: Excellent marketing background with a proven track record of successfully driving brand and sales growth. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to formulate strategies and execute effectively to achieve business objectives. High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to establish positive working relationships and foster teamwork. In-depth understanding of the Australian market, familiarity with local culture, and business environment. Over 10 years of sales experience in the Solar industry, with strong customer relationships and network. Track record of sales experience in the Australian market is a plus. Seniority Level Director
