Position: Interior Designer (Full-Time) We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will conceptualize and execute interior design solutions that align with clients' objectives and design briefs. Your responsibilities will span from initial consultations through to final construction supervision, ensuring the creation of functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities Develop design concepts based on client briefings, creating presentations with 2D and 3D renders of finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for final approval. Conduct client meetings to gather project requirements and objectives. Present design concepts to clients and maintain communication throughout the project. Perform final inspections to ensure client goals are met. Establish and adhere to project timelines. Take accurate as-built measurements to create floor plans and elevations. Create and manage project budgets and documentation. Coordinate product deliveries and manage installation logistics. Provide ongoing support to clients and contractors post-project. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, installation and construction. Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project. Offer design guidance on color schemes, furniture placement, and overall interior aesthetics. Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Prerequisites Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Interior Design Qualification (Desirable) Experience with CNC coding is an advantage. Familiarity with CNC operations is beneficial. Who We Are Looking For Confidence in working directly with clients. Excellent communication skills. Proven experience in Interior Design.
