Document Management Lead
Reporting to the Commercial Lead- Australian Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring all key documents pertaining to our Australian sites are developed, maintained, retained and disposed of in accordance with MMG's Document Framework Standard.
Working in partnership with our Corporate Process and Documents team, you’ll be responsible for supporting staff both in the hub and at the site in adopting MMG Document management processes and systems and ensuring their correct usage. You'll work to embed process measures and risk controls to ensure effective monitoring of compliance to document management-related policies and standards and also act as the Management System Representative for our Australian sites.
The preferred base for this role is Melbourne, however a Brisbane base would also be considered.
Responsibilities include
1. Ensuring all documents are developed, maintained, retained and disposed of in accordance with the Document Framework Standard in a highly efficient manner.
2. Support local staff in the adoption and correct usage of document management processes and systems
3. Embed process measures and risk controls to ensure effective monitoring of compliance to document management related Standards
4. Collaborate with Group office to suggest and deploy changes to the Document Management System
5. Provide training and coaching in the use of the document management system (including MMG Library).
6. This role entails regular travel to MMG’s Mine sites at Dugald River, QLD & Rosebery, TAS
