About you: As an ideal candidate, you will bring a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to driving positive outcomes.With a solid background in managing teams and overseeing multifaceted operations, you have consistently delivered exceptional results in high-stakes environments with the following: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health, Hospitality, or relevant experience.Demonstrated leadership experience in a service environment with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members.Demonstrated understanding of the needs of senior Australians.Demonstrated financial planning and budgeting experience.Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Knowledge of retirement village legislation and aged care standards is desirable.
