We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at GPEx. In this key role, you will take charge of day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, workflow optimisation, and high-level support across various business functions.As the Corporate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing core administrative processes, maintaining records, supporting events and projects, and providing critical support to internal teams. You will play a crucial role in coordinating travel arrangements, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring seamless office operations.This is a full-time position providing cover for a maternity leave position for a fixed term of 12 months, based at our new Parkside office. There is potential for this role to be ongoing for the right candidate. Some after-hours support may be required for scheduled events.About the RoleIn this pivotal position, you will:Oversee office management and operational workflows to enhance business efficiency.Manage and maintain databases, including HR and certification records.Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event logistics.Provide primary event support, including set-up, coordination, and post-event tasks.Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing assistance to customers via phone enquiries, and supporting operational business and project execution.Assist in updating policies, procedures, and process manuals.About YouYou possess outstanding organisational skills and have a strong eye for detail.
