* Steer a diverse array of vocational education and training programs within a vibrant department.
* Play a pivotal role in the Institute’s growth, driving success by exceeding departmental targets and fostering collaboration across all levels.
* Empower the Executive Team with timely, strategic insights on key issues affecting the department and the entire Institute.
* Lead the charge in implementing impactful educational and business initiatives that align with our Strategic and Operational Plans, promoting a culture focused on clients and learners to drive meaningful change.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
* An academic or trade qualification in a relevant vocational area and significant management and leadership experience
* A teaching qualification accredited at Australian Qualification Framework Level 6 (Associate Degree of Vocational Education and Training or equivalent) which includes supervised teaching practice and studies in teaching methodology or equivalent.
* Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
