The methods of assessing suitability in the recruitment process may vary, including making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About the RoleResponsibilities include:Undertake project planning, project management, and project reporting activities related to the delivery of various business improvement projects.Provide change management consultancy services to senior leaders, managers, and staff that positively influence the human resource services, systems, and work practices provided by the HR Business Partnering team.Undertake ongoing research and analysis of contemporary human resource practices to develop processes that incorporate innovative solutions to address complex organisational issues.Provide leadership and direction to team members to support the delivery of innovative, high-quality human resource products and services.Please view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.This position reports to the Director, HR Corporate Operations, and works as part of the Central Office based HR team.Interested?
