2. Cooking for young children at early learning centre
3. Contribute to menu ideas using fresh, local ingredients
4. Monitor stock and minimise wastage
5. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
The Person
6. Certificate III/IV in commercial cookery
7. Experience in Bulk Cooking and with Early Childhood Cooking
8. Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating
9. Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
10. Hold a Working with children check OR willing to obtain
11. Strong understanding of food safety and allergens is essential
