LMA is experiencing steady market growth in our labelling division and is currently searching for a passionate and capable Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time permanent position that is based in Truganina, Melbourne. We offer the right candidate the opportunity for personal growth as you expand your skills and knowledge in an exciting and fast-paced industry by joining our business.The role Reporting to the National Sales Manager and General Manager - LMA, you will be working onsite, be responsible for working with dedicated Account Managers and their customer base to assist in project management, sales support, and internal processing functions to ensure we meet or exceed our customers' expectations. You would also be helping to provide the right solution for the customer and assist in presenting the solution in a clear format. Working closely with departments across the business, you will be a key figure in supporting the Account Managers and customers, as the internal "go to person" for end-to-end delivery of their requirements. Key responsibilities Coordinate sales administrative activities with Customers and Account Managers. Participate in regular customer meetings. Work closely with customers to develop close working relationships and deliver to customer requirements. Manage multiple projects within the business. Project Management of multiple projects running simultaneously and at different milestone stages through production. What you'll need We are more interested in knowing you as an individual than your experience. You need to be dedicated, self-motivated, responsible, a great communicator and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.You can differentiate yourself if you have the following attributes: Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is advantageous but not essential. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Windows Suite including Outlook & Excel. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Be able to prioritize, work under pressure, good time utilization and an ability to multitask. Sound administrative skills. Strong customer service and negotiation skills. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to learn and absorb new information. Ability to work effectively and independently within a supportive team environment. Make positive decisions based on facts and logic, whilst utilizing internal knowledge for advice when necessary. Ability to build relationships Previous printing experience is an advantage.
