Trustee Services Administrator (Wills and Estates)
We are seeking a Trustee Services Administrator to assist with the administration of estates, wills, and lasting powers of attorney.
Key Accountabilities:
* Maintaining wills and LPA databases
* Sending correspondence to beneficiaries and co-executors
* Raising invoices and taking fees
* Monitoring shared mailboxes for tasks and general queries
* Making distributions to beneficiaries
* Liaising with other teams within the business on new business opportunities
* Reconciliation of estate accounts
* Preparing draft wills
* Drafting LPAs
* Creation of tax certificates
* Liaising with the Tax team and providing information
* Other administration of estates and wills as needed

Candidate Profile:
* Previous administration experience
* Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive family situations
* Diligent and thorough approach, capable of working unsupervised
* Able to prioritize work and be organized
* Interest in developing knowledge in estates and trusts administration
* Basic knowledge of wills and estates law, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and accounting principles advantageous
Contractual hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
