Join us on our mission to help empower parents and children to discover the world together!Bugaboo is a premium Dutch parental company that reinvented the stroller 20 years ago.We continue to bring a pioneering mindset and an obsession with quality to everything we do and we're looking for entrepreneurial and passionate people to join us.With design and innovation led in-house, production in our own factory in Xiamen and a global footprint we are proud of our creativity and cultural inclusion.Your role at BugabooIn this role you will own and manage Key accounts such as Baby Kingdom, Baby Village and Babyroad, which drive significant growth to the ANZ P&L.Your aim as a Key Account Manager is building, managing, growing and maintaining the retail partner relationships.You are part of the ANZ Commercial team and report directly to the ANZ Sales Director.What will you do?Take ownership of the sales and profitability of the accounts.Agree targets, business objectives and commercial terms for accounts to deliver the sales growth.Work cross-functionally to ensure planned intake is executed with logistics and credit limits are managed alongside finance teams.Deliver a successful and consistent approach to the commercial terms of all accounts including and not limited to discount structure, growth rebates and promotional plans in agreement with the ANZ Sales Director.Deliver training plans and incentives within all your accounts.Deliver successful sell-in of NPD (New Product Development) alongside clear account communication.Create and manage Joint Business Plans as mutually agreed with ANZ Sales Director.Ensure the ranging is correct for each retailer and stock is managed effectively.Work closely with marketing to ensure a consistent and up to date instore and online execution of the Bugaboo brand as per guidelines.Provide monthly sales forecasting, highlights, risk and opportunities for overall account base.Work closely as part of the Commercial Team to deliver successful launch events.Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver annual marketing plans.Identify possible gaps in upcoming sales forecast vs. budget and find solutions to mitigate these gaps.Analyze sales trends to ensure correct ranging and product focus.Support the ANZ Sales Director on Monthly and Annual Business Planning.Conduct quarterly and annual commercial reviews with key accounts to ensure plans remain on track or adjusted as required.What you will bring to the tableYou have at least 3-5 years of experience in retail industry as (Key) account manager.Educational background in economics, business/marketing degree or equivalent (preferred).Strong in relationship management.Strong commercial awareness and proven financial analysis skills and you champion the use of data.Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.Proven ability to influence across multi-functions.Drive to succeed, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving.Excellent networking skills to keep close to industry news and competitor activity.Experience of building and delivering Joint Business Plans.Experience in delivering growth to existing accounts.You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.What we offerAn enthusiastic team of friendly, driven colleagues with love for our mission and brand.An inspirational, fast-growing international work environment in which you can make a difference and develop yourself further.Access to Monthly wellbeing webinars, individual coaching and an Employee Assistance Program with free access to Mental Health Professionals for when times are tough.Eligible to participate in Bugaboo's bonus plan.Flexible and hybrid working and the opportunity to work from anywhere 8 weeks of the year.A Bugaboo baby gift (Bugaboo product) when expecting a baby & Bugaboo friends & family discount.Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers (based on eligibility).An additional day for every year of Service, up to 5 days.Day off for volunteering activities and on your birthday.Fully Maintained Vehicle (FMV).Once you applyAfter you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with you to continue the conversation.If it leaves both you and us with a positive vibe, you'll then have the opportunity to have a 1st interview with the hiring manager.If that meeting goes well, we'll move on to the 2nd interview, and there's an optional 3rd interview to dive even deeper into your fit for Bugaboo.If you think you can make a difference to our team we would love to hear from you.Go ahead and apply!#J-18808-Ljbffr
