Seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor for an upcoming project in the Bowen Basin area. Your new company Reporting to the Engineering Project Lead, this role will see you deliver projects that meet the approved objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget to maximise value. Project-related health, safety, environment, and community risks will be identified and managed. Your new role Reporting to the Project Lead, some of your key duties will include but not limited to: Planning and delivering projects through the supervision and development of field staff, and subcontractors, and managing resources such as plant and equipment, depots, and motor vehicles. Monitoring and reviewing project standards using work order management techniques, reporting to stakeholders on service quality, project delivery, and expenditure, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and agreed cost and time parameters. Managing regional resources to deliver construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and practices. Providing high-level supervisory services for the delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade work Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication, sound negotiation, and achieving program outcomes that meet client expectations. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will ideally have the following skill set:Trade qualified in carpentryExperience in concreting and concrete remediationCivil experienceUnderstanding of Australian Standards building practicesAdvantage to have existing have exposure supervising on BMA sitesPDM Authorised preferred but not essential What you'll get in return This role is based on-site in the Bowen Basin on a 8/6 roster working back to back with another team member, offering flexible travel arrangements (FIFO/DIDO/Residential).
