They provide specialised formwork, REO, Concrete, Civil, and Project Management services to commercial government, and T1, T2, and T3 builders both locally and regionally.About the roleYou will be responsible for focusing on contracts administration, project coordination, and general administration to support the senior team in delivering successful projects. This role is suitable for a driven administrator who enjoys a broad range of tasks in a busy environment.Key Responsibilities for the roleManage and oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.Collaborate with project managers and co-workers to support project planning, execution, and closure.Manage all incoming calls and emails and distribute accordingly; schedule meetings, purchase goods and services, and manage travel arrangements.Assist project managers/foreman in creating ITPs, SWMS, and other safety documentation.Raise purchase orders as required, process invoices, and ensure accurate payments; draft progress claims, follow up on payments, and ensure accurate data entry.Perform all other general administration tasks including data entry, generating reports, and liaising with suppliers and contractors.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a project or contracts administration role in the construction industry.Efficient in data entry, scheduling, contract documentation and compliance, ITPs, and SWMS.Proven ability to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, with strong attention to detail and high organisation skills.Experience in Microsoft Office and Procore; knowledge of WHS principles and safety legislation is desired.CultureEnjoy a family-focused culture, a cohesive team environment, and be part of the company's ongoing success.
