Business Development Manager Role
Based in Canberra, this role oversees branch sales targets through key strategies for expanding the Automated Logic Brand in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship management with existing system equipment lifecycle and asset management.
* Solution and consultative selling, understanding End User investment and expansion strategies.
* Estimating and providing professional submissions.
* Identifying and converting new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
* Providing BMCS, MSI, and system solutions, promoting Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.
* Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.
* Leadership experience in sales teams and proven success in previous sales roles.
* Ability to develop and implement budgets.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
