About the Role: Michael Page is partnering with Hydrafacial to recruit a Marketing Manager on a 6-month contract with an immediate start. The role offers the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. As a key part of the team, you will manage and coordinate B2B and B2C marketing efforts in Australia, working closely with Hydrafacial's Global Director of Marketing based in the UK. Description Marketing Coordination: Manage the local marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and events align with Hydrafacial's global strategy. Event Planning: Organise and oversee local events such as trade shows, conferences, workshops, demo days, and prospect days, ensuring they are executed smoothly and effectively. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the social media manager and other team members to execute quarterly marketing campaigns, ensuring all content is aligned with the brand's objectives. Asset Localisation: Work with the US-based marketing team to localise assets for the Australian market, ensuring all marketing materials are relevant and effective. Vendor Management: Liaise with graphic designers, printers, PR agencies, and web developers to deliver marketing materials and execute campaigns, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met. Product Launches & Communication: Keep the team and external stakeholders updated on new product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring clear and timely communication. Team Collaboration: Directly manage a social media person, ensuring alignment across all channels and initiatives. Reporting: Assist in reporting on campaign effectiveness and marketing activities, helping refine future strategies. Profile Experience in a marketing coordination/management role, with a focus on both B2B and B2C marketing. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and events at once. Experience in working with global teams to localise marketing strategies and materials. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Comfortable working with graphic designers, PR agencies, and social media teams. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and prioritise effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and campaign analytics.
