As a Leading Hand, you will be involved in warehouse operations as well as the manufacturing and testing of Bullivants product ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Additionally, you will also lead the warehouse team on a daily basis.
About the role: Be at the forefront of customer service by organising and prioritising daily warehouse duties including goods receival, put away, dispatch and stock management. Run daily safety checks on warehouse racking, MHE equipment and report hazards. Conduct data analysis and improve warehouse efficiency by optimising product location. Problem solve, investigate stock issues and identify root causes while implementing corrective and preventive actions. Be involved in the production, service, and testing of lifting and rigging products. Provide coaching to the team to support their development and upskilling. About you: Previous experience in a warehouse environment. Exposure to leading or supervising a team. A problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Current and valid forklift ticket. High level of written and verbal communication. Ability to work autonomously or within a team as required. Experience in lifting or heavy rigging is advantageous.
