About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Manager to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team. You will work in a large research team including Clinical Trial Coordinators, Administrative Officers, Financial Officers, Laboratory Technicians and IT Systems Managers. You will communicate with Specialist Haematologists, inpatient and outpatient staff and external Clinical Research Associates to facilitate data collection for your allocated research projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate data entry and query resolution in trial databases to meet required timeframes.
2. Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures.
3. Effective communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to facilitate data entry requirements.
4. Assist research team with development/adaptation of data capture tools to ensure complete data capture.

5. Ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

7. Ability to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity with minimal supervision.
8. Qualification in Data Management, Health Science or a combination of qualifications and/or experience.
9. Knowledge of medical terminology with the ability to interpret medical records for required information and/or results.
