Tradewind are working with a vibrant Catholic school near Stanhope Gardens who are looking for two enthusiastic HSIE teachers to join their team in temporary positions. The role involves teaching years 7-10 HSIE so the school are open to any HSIE specialism. Experienced teachers and graduates are encouraged to apply.
There are two positions available :
* 12 May 2025 to 20 July 2025 (12 weeks)
* 28 April 2025 to 26 September 2025 (2 Terms)
Demonstrated Experience and Skills
* Qualifications to teach HSIE
* Demonstrated strategies to cater for a variety of learners and respond to a dynamic learning environment
* Desire to work as part of the wider school team
* Evidence of a relational approach to colleagues, students, and parents
* Effective organisation and ability to fulfil administrative and assessment requirements of a teaching role
* Ability to achieve strong academic results
* Support the mission of Catholic education
Prerequisites :
* Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
* Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
* Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
* Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references
