This is a key role where you’ll combine your passion for clean energy with strong sales and communication skills to deliver tailored energy solutions that make a real impact for customers—and the planet.About Glower:Glower is a trusted provider of residential and commercial electrification solutions. We’re passionate about building a cleaner, smarter energy future—one project at a time.Key Responsibilities:Generate, manage, and convert residential and commercial solar/battery leads.Deliver tailored proposals with ROI/benefit analysis and technical recommendations.Manage the full sales process from initial consult through to signed contract.Technical Expertise:Confidently communicate system performance, components, and compliance details.Collaborate with in-house engineers and designers for accurate, compliant solutions.Stay current with Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) standards, local regulations, rebates, and product trends.Strategic Growth:Help refine Glower’s solar sales strategy, systems, and client journey.Provide feedback from the field to improve our offerings and processes.Contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales team and department.Customer Experience:Build strong relationships through transparency, reliability, and service.Ensure smooth post-sale handovers and assist with technical follow-ups when needed.Represent Glower’s values in every interaction.Qualifications & Skills:Experience in solar or technical solution sales (residential/commercial).Strong understanding of solar PV and battery systems, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven.CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, OpenSolar, Pylon, SpendWatt).Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) Accredited Solar PV Grid-Connected Design accreditation preferred.Valid driver’s license (site visits may be required).What We Offer:Competitive base salary + commissionsHybrid role based in MelbourneOpportunity to shape and grow Glower’s solar sales divisionSupportive and forward-thinking company cultureSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-time
