Your purpose:
As a consultant you will be an integral part of the team, dedicated to providing the right talent solution for your clients. You will work as a trusted advisor, guiding both your candidates and clients through the end to end hiring experience resulting in finding the right person for the right job. You will:

13. Understand and analyse the market, sharing these insights with your clients and candidates.

Your role with us will include solution selling. You will need to have the ambition to build your business, and part of the process will be speaking with people that you've never spoken to before. So, whilst you need to be comfortable with the sales aspect, you'll also need to be inquisitive, able to develop relationships and be confident in holding a conversation with people who operate at all levels of a business. We value commercial acumen. There is no one-size fits all for us in terms of your background - many of us come from a variety of backgrounds outside of recruitment. The common thread is ambitiousness, work ethic, and a commitment to providing the best service to our customers whilst being ethical in everything we do. Both recruitment and business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is highly valued in our sector.
