$130k - $140k + super WHF days Own your career tragectory Responsibilities As the Growth Lead you will be at the forefront of innovation and experimentation in a rapidly expanding business. You will be responsible for planning, launching and scaling user acquisition and retention initiatives focusing on biddable media and performance-driven marketing, in particular across Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn). You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of performance and growth managers to optimise customer acquisition and retention. Your background: Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention. Proven experience executeing and Optimising new growth opportunities through creative experimentation on all digital channels Experience collaborating with Performance teams to enhance customer experiences and performance marketing campaigns. Expereince in testing and analysing and conducting A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts. Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or a related field with a focus on growth.
