As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of M365, digital transformation & cyber security projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closing the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage customer expectations, escalate issues, and document requests appropriately. Provide structured project updates to internal teams and leadership. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates and reports. Adapt to a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities effectively. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of IT projects. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure successful project closure. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in account management, customer service, or similar roles focused on stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage customer expectations and escalate issues appropriately. Excellent time management and calendar management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a team. Collaborative mindset, willing to contribute across various areas of the business. Solid understanding of M365 technologies and functionalities. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with project documentation and information management. Exposure to working within small, agile teams or fast-growing organisations. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
