Forensic Science Queensland is seeking a Project Coordinator (AO5) – Temporary to support the transition and integration of Forensic Science Queensland (FSQ) staff from Queensland Health to the Department of Justice.

* Support project milestones and business readiness in collaboration with key stakeholders.

* Provide high-quality secretariat support, including scheduling meetings, workshops, and training.
* Maintain accurate project records and support administrative processes.
* Draft reports, correspondence, and other project-related documents.
* Interested in or experienced with project coordination in a government setting.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and clear, concise communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in MS Project or Visio (or willingness to learn).
* Able to capture meeting discussions accurately, identifying key actions and outcomes.
* Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused.
