Job Duties Collaborating with chefs to design menus.Coordinating and managing special events.Handling the procurement and pricing of products within budget constraints.Keeping track of inventory levels and financial records.Ensuring the dining areas meet health standards and are clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.Engaging with customers to gauge their satisfaction with food and service.Recruiting, training, and overseeing the performance of both kitchen and waiting staff.May be responsible for taking reservations, welcoming guests, and assisting with orders.Manages and oversees the daily operations of a café, restaurant, or similar establishment todeliver high-quality dining and catering services. To be successful in this position At least 1-2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position in the hospitality field.At least Certificate III or diploma in hospitality management or similar qualifications.Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilities are essential for fostering positive guest experiences and resolving any issues that arise.A solid understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and health regulations is critical, as well as experience in planning menus and coordinating events.
