Archetype of the Successful Candidate
Possessing existing relationships and proven sales success with mid-high tier clientele within, but not limited to: cabinet makers & joinery, board manufacturers, doors/windows/stairs producers, and the boat building industry are highly attractive.
Of top priority, you will have sound knowledge, understanding and broad capability of selling Capital equipment; providing tailored solutions specific to each client's needs.
The standout sales professional will be forward thinking, proactive* and run a thorough end-to-end sales process, including aftercare / after sales customer service.
The Focus of this Role
Of utmost importance, this role requires consultative business and sales acumen - with laser focus on providing measured, detailed and personalised solutions to customers.
You'll be responsible for:
* New business development [primarily] and increasing sales with your and your new company's existing clients [secondary].
* Develop effective sales growth strategies for the NSW territory, resulting in capturing market share.
* Increase brand awareness, boost sales and profitability in your area.
* Cultivate and expand existing customer relationships while seeking out fresh opportunities.
* Educate prospects and clients on full/suitable product offerings and solutions to mid-top tier clientele.
* Uphold top-notch customer services standards while maintaining high quality & consistency across the NSW territory.
* Ensure the CRM [Microsoft Dynamics 365] is managed, maintained and updated.
* Generate and increase demonstrations of high-end woodworking machinery technology, in a world-class, state-of-the-art technology center accessible to you at any time.
