About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Change Manager to lead Stockland's new operating model, aligning with our value chain.
The Opportunity - Key Responsibilities:
* Strategize and Execute: Develop and execute a change management plan that aligns with our goals and adapts to evolving employee sentiments.
* Engage Stakeholders: Build and nurture relationships across all levels, leading workshops and fostering open communication necessary to drive leader-led change.
* Communicate and Train: Create engaging communication plans and training programs to keep our team informed and motivated while ensuring communication bridges cultural and geographical gaps.
* Cultural Integration: Facilitate workshops to bridge cultural gaps and promote cross-cultural understanding.
* Innovate Ways of Working: Lead workshops to design and implement new ways of working, ensuring seamless transitions.
* Measure Success: Track progress using KPIs and refine strategies for optimal impact.
About You
You are a proactive and resilient change professional with experience in supporting large organisations through new ways of working.

To be successful, you will have the following qualifications and experience:
* Proven experience in change management and program execution.
* Experience managing complex programs and resistance to change.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated project delivery experience.
