This role requires close collaboration with Community Development Managers and Business Development Managers to manage relationships with Employee Care customers and contribute to the service's ongoing development. The BDM will work across departments to identify and convert opportunities, ensuring high-quality banking support for partners and their employees.In the role you willDrive sales and growth for the Employee Care program by meeting sales targets and developing new business opportunities.Work with Community Development Managers (CDMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and other stakeholders to identify, nurture, and close sales opportunities.Manage sales opportunities using a standardized sales cycle and methodology, ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers.Ensure high customer satisfaction for the Employee Care program, working with CDMs and BDMs to drive advocacy and retention.Build strong relationships both internally within Beyond Bank Australia (BBA) and externally to generate advocacy and new business opportunities.Gather and analyse feedback to improve the service offering, collaborating with various teams across the business.QualificationsAbout youYou will be a dynamic and collaborative leader who thrives on building strong relationships and driving growth.
