Your role:
We are a ‘can-do’ organisation, and we respond with practical, hands-on support to those in need. The un-precedented flooding across our state has displaced many families.
We need 2 case managers working 9am-5pm until June 30th, 2024, delivering the intake, case management and assessment to those accessing services.
The skills you will use day to day:
4. Intake and triage
5. Community connections and understanding of services and available supports.
6. Trauma informed case management
7. A systemic lens
8. Creating case management plans
9. Coordinate other services on-site at the hub

11. You get a salary starting at $94,000 plus super at full time.
12. Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
13. SCHCADS award level 5.
14. Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience.
15. Suitable for people in Echuca, Bendigo, Rochester or surrounding areas.
