Wealth Management Position
A leading Wealth Management firm is seeking a KYC Data consultant for an initial contract with the view to extend or transition into permanent.
Role Overview
This role lies within the Account Management Team, responsible for ensuring Know Your Client (KYC) documentation throughout the client lifecycle is maintained and complies with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Review client platform access requests and conduct data consistency checks across firm client data systems to support the launch of our Private Wealth Management Mobile App.
* Handle client and sales onboarding requests to a new integrated instant messaging platform, ensuring client data aligns with firm records.
* Assist clients with first-time activation requests to onboard to electronic signature solutions, including checking eligibility and contact details on firm systems.
* Support Account Management Team with defining local requirements for procedure updates and facilitating platform enhancements.
* Contribute to User Acceptance Testing to facilitate process rollout.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience – a degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking is advantageous.
* At least 1 year's professional experience in the Banking sector – candidates with less experience may be considered.
