Includes supervision of cleaning staff & 2 grounds staff.Job detailsPosition status: Fixed Term TemporaryPosition type: Flexible full-timeOccupational group: Facilities/Asset ManagementClassification: AO3Workplace Location: Kingston State CollegeJob ad reference: QLD/SER610100/24TClosing date: 19-Jan-2025Yearly salary: $75886 - $84201Fortnightly salary: $2908.70 - $3227.40Job duration: Until 12 December 2025 unless otherwise determinedAbout the Role:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Facilities managementIdentify maintenance requirements in accordance with Maintenance Assessment Report and school needs.Assist the Business Manager with the day to day supervision and management of grounds and cleaning staff by providing support, sharing learning and demonstrating personal integrity.Provide support for the uniform operations within the school, including maintaining stock control, cost analysis and liaison with suppliers.Provide administrative support that contributes to the effective operational requirements of the school as directed.Establish networks and liaise with other Business Managers and departmental officers and community representatives to ensure the provision of corporate services meets agreed service standards, legislative, policy and procedural requirements.Interested?
