Insurance Loss Adjustor Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team.
This full-time position is located in Busselton and requires the successful candidate to work within our extensive network of repair facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
* Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
* Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
* Process vehicles onsite by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
* Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness.
* Coordinate with suppliers to record additional work and authorise it in a timely manner.
* Assist with production management of the centre where necessary.
* Evaluate vehicles to ensure they are restored to their pre-accident condition.
* Hand over completed repairs to customers.
About You
* Proven experience in a similar role, specifically in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
* AudaNet experience is highly desirable.
* Ibody experience is desirable but not necessary.
* Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
* Highly professional and personable demeanor.
* Strong systems experience and proficient computer abilities.
* Excel proficiency is advantageous but not essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to meet strict deadlines.
* Possess problem-solving skills and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
* A strong commitment to working safely.
