AAL has recently announced $1 billion in capital investment over the next five years, covering both significant aviation and technology infrastructure upgrades in addition to some exciting commercial property developments across both our Adelaide and Parafield Airport sites.The Opportunity:The Customer Service Officer will work within the Landside Operations Team to provide a safe, inclusive, and exceptional customer experience. This role will see you rotate through a variety of tasks across your shift, exposed to different areas within Landside Operations. A high level of communication skills and awareness will be necessary to undertake this role, as well as being comfortable working outdoors for the entirety of your shifts.Key responsibilities:Maintain traffic flow in pick-up/drop-off area (kerbside)Be the first point of contact outside the terminalProviding customer service in the landside and terminal precinctsOversee general operations of the car parks, taxi rank/lay-off and rideshare areaMonitor security and safety around the landside areaEnsuring compliance and safety for passengersAssist the travelling public with any mobility assistance requirementsRadio operation and coordinationCommitted to working a 4 on/4 off exclusively AM or PM shift roster.
