The Push-Up Challenge seeks a Digital Content Coordinator to develop and elevate our communications across all platforms, from social media and video content as well as content on our website and app.
Working with our dedicated team and external agencies, you'll ensure our content resonates at every stage of the participant journey, helping drive awareness and engagement with our events and mission.
About the RoleAs the Digital Content Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering our content strategy, in collaboration with other team members. Reporting to the Communications & Marketing Manager and working with our team of communications and marketing professionals, you'll develop content throughout our engagement journeys, from attraction through to brand loyalty.
This role is perfect for a creative and adaptable professional who thrives at multi-channel storytelling, deploying equal amounts of creativity, strategy and quality, grounded in testing and measurement to know what works.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production: Oversee the creation of high-quality videos, photography, and short and long-form copy, managing the full production process in-house or collaborating with external specialists as required.Strategy Development: Work with The Push-Up Challenge team to develop relevant strategies across brand, communications, marketing, and event activation.Social Media Activation: Collaborate with The Push-Up Challenge team to develop and implement a cohesive digital content strategy across channels.Spontaneous Content Creation: Capture and share impactful content from unplanned moments that connect with our community.Asset Management: Organise, maintain and label a library of digital assets for efficient access and retrieval.Impact Stories: Craft engaging participant stories and impact narratives that connect with our supporters.Collaboration with Ad Partners: Work closely with our marketing leads and external ad agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment.Content Optimisation for Customer Journey: Craft content and calls to action that inspire, engage, and convert participants at every stage of their journey.Technical Skills & RequirementsSocial Media Platform Expertise: Skilled in managing and creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with video editing software.Performance: Experience utilising analytics tools as well as new AI-driven tools to assess and optimise performance.AI-Enhanced Content Generation: Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools to generate ideas and refine copy.Versatile Skill Set: Strengths and experience across various content applications, both hands-on delivery and leading creative consultants.Structured & Detail-Oriented: Proven experience using project management tools to bring structure to creative projects.RequirementsPreferred Qualifications: Degree or Qualifications in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Essential: Graphic design and video editing skills.Experience required: 5+ years in similar roles.You'll work closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager, as well as the Communications Lead, Marketing Lead, Digital Specialist, and wider team, plus external agencies where required, to foster a collaborative environment.
