The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for managing Strategic Procurement contracts including supplier relationship development, contract performance and risk management, to meet stakeholder expectations and optimal business outcomes. In this role you will work on: Develop and implement strategies and systems to enhance contract management and supplier relationships. Create and execute Contract Management Plans, including KPIs, risk management, and performance monitoring. Advise stakeholders on contract clauses and supplier performance strategies to improve future outcomes. Maintain stakeholder and supplier relationships to mitigate risks and maximize contract value. Lead negotiations for contract variations, renewals, and disputes to achieve better procurement outcomes. Provide leadership and effective contract management to ensure high-quality services. Manage contract performance in line with the NSW Government Contract Management Framework. About you: Previous NSW Government experience. Extensive procurement experience in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of contract development and supplier management. Familiarity with contemporary procurement and contract management policies, ensuring best practices in a public sector context. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to coach and influence for effective procurement outcomes.
