About the role We are looking for Senior psychologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and registered mental health nurses, responsibilities include Engaging with participants providing personalised counselling, therapy and brief therapeutic interventions Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored counselling plans in collaboration with participants and their families. Advocating for participants and coordinating with other clinicians, peer lived experience workers and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being. Monitoring and managing participants' mental health and well-being, collaborating with health professionals as needed. Participating in clinical meetings, case meetings with peer lived experience workers, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise. Working in a multi-disciplinary team with peer lived experience workers and other mental health clinicians. About you Current AHPRA registration in relevant discipline (psychologist, registered nurse, or occupational therapist) or mental health accreditation (social worker) Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions. Demonstrated skills and experience in trauma informed counselling and therapy including the use of multiple clinical counselling modalities Ability to demonstrate and provide mental health triage and participant de-escalation Strong interpersonal and communication skills including computer literacy Ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders. Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment. Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
