Role Purpose:
We are looking to place a Workplace Lead to look after our Sydney Campus at 1 Shelley Street. We see the office as an Experience Centre which ignites hearts and minds – a place to connect, share, learn and be inspired. The Workplace Lead is a newly created role and will be instrumental in ensuring this vision comes to life across the country.

Culture and Events:
Co-create with the teams, curate and lead production on creative events for the WPP community and agencies across the campus within agreed budget.
Oversee content calendar, ensuring it delivers a positive brand experience and is relevant to employees.
Co-ordinate and facilitate the interface between the partners and all Campus building staff in respect of service delivery, performance and feedback.
Identify service development options to improve existing campus services.
Work closely with the FM management teams to ensure quality control across all front-of-house (FOH) services, client and employee experiences and events.
Collaborate with all community and delivery groups to foster a safe and inclusive campus experience.
Workplace and Project Management:
Provide support to the APAC FM Lead and Chief Commercial and Operations officer to manage the Facilities provider to service all business units to create a world-class experience.
Report regularly to the Leadership teams with recommendations to enhance the workplace experience.
Assist and maintain the development and ongoing administration of a continuous improvement programme around branding of our Campuses.
Maintain and develop an environment and culture that improves health, safety and security of the workplace, ensuring effective risk management strategies, practices and processes are implemented and maintained.
A strong understanding of business processes within HQ and wider agencies.
Operations:
Act as first point of contact for campus (e.g., liaise with agency leaders).
Drive collaboration across agency leaders via Community Steerco.
Chair the Community Steering Committee. Facilitate collaboration and drive co-creation of ideas for an enhanced employee experience across operating companies.
Assist in ensuring best value for the designated services across the campus.
Engage employees and brands to maintain an environment of workplace health and safety.
Provide regular reporting on day-to-day operations across the Sydney campus / all Australian campuses.
Develop strong working relationships with FM partner and base building management to ensure that all maintenance requests are actioned and works completed in line with the appropriate standards to ensure a safe workplace.
Working with the FM partner in the preparation, monitoring and updating of the Annual Opex and Capex costs.
Communications:
Assist People team with WPP onboarding for new operating company hires. Share benefits and offerings of the WPP campus.
Where necessary, collaborate with the People teams on developing and implementing campus-related policies and procedures.
Drive cross-agency communications, strengthening awareness and transparency of info (e.g. events, changes, offers + job opportunities).
Actively listen to community via focus groups, surveys, and other methods to ensure efforts support visitors and employees’ needs.
Campus announcements, screen contents, branding and manage newsletters.

Coordinate and manage Technology, Catering and FM Work streams.
Instrumental in the ongoing facility management of the building.
