The Business Support Officer is a new permanent full-time role within the A23 Corporate team reporting to the Business and Operations Manager. This opportunity is based in Canberra, ACT and will see you join a stellar team supporting achievement in the areas of business operations, administration, facilities, marketing and events and recruitment.

About the role
This role will enjoy the opportunity to contribute to the Corporate in the following projects and tasks:
General Office Support: travel arrangements, marketing materials, branded merchandise, stationery and kitchen supplies and inbox management.
Facilities Management: asset register, maintenance, hot desk and car park booking system and visitor registration system.
Marketing and Events Coordination for internal and external A23 events and campaigns.
Internal Project Assistance.
Finance: purchasing orders, quotes, invoices and supply chain order fulfillment.
Recruitment and candidate coordination.

Skills And Experiences
We are on the look out for:
Experience or proven ability in the provision of Business Support and administration in the areas of operations, facilities, administration, event management and recruitment.
Ability to utilise Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to contribute to the objectives of the Corporate team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
