The Opportunity Join our team as Digital Campaign Manager.This is a new specialised role created due to company growth.Our goal is to build a world-class digital marketing operation with global reach for our B2 B engineered products business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company on a strong growth trajectory. The Role You will drive lead gen through digital campaigns using an integrated multi-channel strategy.You will create customised campaigns for each sales pipeline with specific messaging to suit the target audience.You will collaborate across the team to ensure that the right campaigns are targeting the right audience using the right content.This will be a highly targeted strategy to suit our niche global audience and B2 B engineered products.Key responsibilities include: Content targeting Audience targeting Budget management SEO and SEM Analytics and optimisation This role will report to our new Head of Marketing (currently being recruited).Our plan is to build a world-class digital marketing operation to supercharge our global growth strategy.Our goal is to build the world leader in our specialised B2 B market.About You You will be a digital campaign expert who wants to work in a high-performance digital marketing team.You will be excited by the autonomy to build a B2 B digital lead gen machine across multiple sales pipelines.You will be competitive, focused, and driven by winning.You will have a high-performance mindset with a strong focus on driving revenue.You will be analytical and use logic and data to drive decision-making.You will be highly accountable, hit deadlines, and beat targets.You will be 100% digital, with strong tech capability, and high standards.You will be ROI-focused, always looking to 'test and measure', try lots of things, and double-down on what works to maximise every dollar.Product or industry experience is not required.We are looking for an A-player who knows how to build high-performance digital campaigns and can learn our specific market along the way.Experience required includes: Strong experience in digital campaign management with outstanding results.Highly proficient across all digital marketing channels required for B2 B (incl email, SEM, social, digital advertising).Ideally – experience with highly segmented targeting for niche B2 B audiences.Ideally – experience with campaigns for both new lead gen and existing clients (CRM).Ideally – great digital ad copy writing and simple graphic design (Canva level).Ideally – expert with Hubspot Pro or Enterprise (both marketing automation & CRM).Why Join Us?
