The client
Located in Brisbane city, our client, a forward-thinking QLD state government department committed to protecting vulnerable Queenslanders. My client is looking for a motivated and experienced Manager, Legal Administration Support to lead their Customer Legal Services team. This is a unique opportunity to guide a dedicated team, manage efficient workflows, and support our clients mission of safeguarding the rights and interests of Queenslanders.
In this role, you will report directly to the Official Solicitor, who is a supportive leader known for her approachable style and dedication to meaningful, purpose-driven work, you’ll also work closely with managing lawyers to ensure high standards and seamless service delivery.
As the Manager you will oversee a dedicated team of legal secretaries, taking responsibility for team coordination, workload management, ensuring smooth operations and helping to implement new processes that enhance productivity.

* Proven experience managing a legal administrative team, ideally in a fast-paced setting
* Strong organisational skills with a customer-focused approach to adapt to team needs
* Ability to make impactful decisions that enhance productivity and client-focused outcomes
