Job Description A new opportunity now exists for an Ecommerce Trade Specialist to join our Digital team! As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the online store strategy, driving revenue and growth! This role is responsible for the effective planning and execution of our trade calendar, optimising customer experience and improving funnel metrics. In this role you will: Ensure that we are maximizing the effectiveness of our new ecommerce platform by optimising customer experience and increasing ROI. Increase online store revenue and margin by optimising the shopping experience through effective trade and merchandising strategies. Be a key partner for online store technical enhancements roadmap. Deliver actionable insights into trade performance to enable quick identification of opportunities or challenges and pivot the plan accordingly. Manage all weekly and monthly reporting for the online store across all main KPIs. Drive our partner/co-op opportunities to increase revenue streams, providing feedback through analysis and looking for ways to optimise the partnerships. Own CRO – identifying opportunities through analytical tools that input into a plan executable within the platform or A/B testing tools. Build out a CRO roadmap, including any technical requirements and business cases. In collaboration with buying and marketing, plan the trade calendar and work with the coordinator to effectively implement campaigns that enhance the online store experience. Desired Skills and Experience What you will bring: 3+ years ecommerce experience. Ability to manage the balance between customer and commercial outcomes. Managed A/B testing or CRO within an ecommerce environment. Good technical understanding to help drive the roadmap forward. Experience in copywriting and strong knowledge of SEO best practices is preferred. Positive can-do attitude and prioritisation capability. Excellent collaboration and project management skills. Highly analytical thinking. Strong experience in ecommerce platforms with a deep understanding of metrics and drivers (Adobe commerce is a plus). GA4 experience is essential.
